A week or two ago I bought a "Something South African" cooking sauce, just to support an SA company and in the hope that it would be delicious. They have various different flavours for sale, but of course I bought the "Spicy Durban Curry"!


I made it this week, and I was very impressed - much nicer than any of the curries that I've bought in the UK.


While sharing tales of food, I thought I'd also post a picture of the dessert that Dave ordered at the Cuckoo (local pub in Peterborough) last weekend - Baked Alaska with rasberry sauce. It was the sweetest pudding I have ever tasted in my life!!
