Tidal destruction in Durban

I was amazed to see photos sent by friends in SA showing the recent high tides in Durban. Seems like a lot of damage was done!

While this was going on, Dave and Kent went off to surf the Severn Bore. A piddling tidal wave going up the river Severn. They are a bit crazy!! The weather was freezing and apparently there was ice around the river.
