Last night I watched a documentary on TV about ET (of AWB). It was really horrible watching the dark side of SA history, and embarrassing to be reminded how vicious, blind and narrow-minded some South Africans can be. However, as much as some of them made me cringe…. dit was lekker om Suid Afrikaanse aksente weer te hoor!! And not only the Afrikaans!! We of the Rainbow Nation have such a wide variety of languages, and accents for each group are special! The slang, the swear words….. It's all unique!!!
